Brussels Express 2019
From 19 August to 9 September, Brussels Chess Club organised again its Summer express rapid tournament, with 18 rounds over 6 evenings. Johannes Bertram played the totality of the games, while Luis Parreira was present in all but one of the evenings. Luis finished 10th, 2.32 points above winning expectation. Johannes, on the contrary, performed 2.11 points below expectations. Roberto Teichner joined just for some practice on the last evening and pocketed 3 points. The winner was Stéphane Tannemaat, with a very strong score of 16/18.
